Staging is a relatively new
concept in the residential resale market. But new home builders have been staging homes with good results for decades. It's
not uncommon for a builder to pre-sell an entire housing development of unfinished homes by using a few decorated models.
These homes fulfill a fantasy of the way many buyers would like to live.
Our aim when we stage your home for sale is
to present it at its best. Staging is NOT decorating! Staging is MARKETING! Your home needs to appeal to the largest number
of buyers. The way you live in your home and the way we market your home are two different things. Rooms need to be defined.
A buyer only knows what they see, NOT what it is supposed to be! We are a team of Accredited Staging professional Realtors
and experienced in knowing what a buyer sees.
Staging is a FREE service when you list your home with us. Having your home
listed and staged with us is less than your first price reduction! Staging will help sell your home faster and for a higher
price. We set the stage for your biggest audience...the buyers. The more your home is shown, the more likely you are to have
a quick, profitable sale. Buyers in today's market want to see photos before even making a decision to go look at the home.
If your home is not staged and photographed properly buyers may never even consider your home. This is a very tough market
out there!
